2019 Cheongju Culture Night, Shall I Make One?
- Receiving Ideas from the upcoming 10th to the 10th of Next Month - Cheongju-si is receiving ideas for the 2019 Cheongju Culture Night program from the upcoming 10th to the 10th of next month. Cheongju Culture Night is a project supported by the Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA), and is a representative nightly cultural program in Cheongju. You can recognize the history and cultural assets in a friendly way by taking part in the experiences and watching the performances and exhibitions arranged in between the 12 cultural assets while at the same time watching the cultural assets in the heart of the city at nighttime. In 2019, Cheongju Culture Night will be held at areas in and around Chungbuk Provincial Government –Cheongju Modern Cultural Street–CheongjuHyanggo (Confucian School), the same as this year. For the last 3 iterations, Cheongju-si and Cheongju Cultural Industry Promotion Foundation hosted the event to lead the program, but in the 2019 Cheongju Culture Night, the citizens participating and enjoying the night become the cultural planners responsible for coming up with ideas and experience seeing their ideas come to fruition. Anybody can enter this contest, and the selected ideas will be carried out and displayed in the 2019 Cheongju Culture Night.
