Nomination of Excellent Cases for Community Mental Health in 2019
Cheongju-si Sangdang Mental Health Welfare Center (Director Son Jeong-u)’s mental health promotion program for children and adolescents was selected among the final 7 excellent cases in the Excellent Cases for Community Mental Health in 2019 held by the National Center for Mental Health, and now faces the final evaluation being held on the coming 21st. The final victors will be presented with awards on World Mental Health Day (October 10th). The “Happy Mind Center for Neighborhood Kids!” program selected as an excellent case is a mental health promotion program for disadvantaged youths and adolescents that works alongside regional child welfare centers to provide children with mental health screening, group programs, medical fee funding, etc. and mental health professionals with opportunities to improve their capabilities through conferences on case studies, mental health education, and more. ▶ Inquiries: Community Public Health Team, Health Promotion Division (☎043-201-3164) |
