1. Eligibility: Expectant mothers residing in Cheongju 2. Required documents and how to apply ▶ Online: GOV.KR website (www.gov.kr) (log in via authorized certificate) > Service > One-Stop Service > Pregnancy Service for Moms ▶ In-person: Administration and welfare centers or community health centers at each eup, myeon and dong (bring necessary documents such as ID and verification of pregnancy) 3. Services available nationwide when applying online ① Free folic acid supplements ② Free iron supplements ③ KTX for moms ④ Free health management for both moms and newborns ⑤ Pregnancy and health tracking notebook ⑥ Medical fee support for pregnancy and delivery of young mothers ⑦ Treatment fee support for infertile couples 4. Improved conveniences for residents ○ (Simplified documents) Upon applying for the Pregnancy Service for Moms online, the applicant’s eligibility is verified without the need for document submission through a system linkage ○ (Parcel delivery) Applicants may choose to receive folic acid and iron supplements, pregnancy and health tracking notebook, and goods provided by the local government via parcel delivery* ※ Shipping fee is borne by the applicant (prepaid KRW 3,500 / postpaid KRW 4,000). However, folic acid and iron supplements are provided only as health functional foods upon shipping request. - Available services other than the One-Stop Pregnancy Service for Moms - ○ Issuance of a pregnancy verification card for vehicles: Only available through visit at the community health center having jurisdiction over the applicant’s address (bring your driver’s license; if the vehicle is not registered in your name, bring Certificate of Family Relations) ○ Baby milk powder and diapers for low-income families: Apply online via Bokjiro (www.bokjiro.go.kr) or offline at your respective community health center or community centers at each eup, myeon, or dong. ※ Please check the required documents at your respective community health center to submit your application. 5.
